Climate
The U.S. state of Hawaii, which covers the Hawaiian Islands, is tropical but it experiences many different climates. The islands receive most rainfall from the trade winds on their north and east. Coastal areas in general and especially the south and west tend to be drier. In general, the Hawaiian Islands receive most of their precipitation during the winter months about October to April. Drier conditions generally arrive from May to September, but the warmer temperatures increase the risk of hurricanes.
Although there can be some rainfall in areas it stays above 66°F (16°C). However to re-compensate this weather, which would be nice in Britain but is decent in Hawaii, the summer season carries high temperatures (up to 89°F) and low rainfall (up to only 1/2 in.). This means the best time to visit Hawaii is probably June to September. However, still, every season offers most of the activities possible but some season make the activities more enjoyable. For example, it would be better to go to Hawaii for surfing in the warmer seasons or even in the hot seasons when the heat is unbearable.
